1. All Sales Are Final – No Refund Policy

  • We do not offer any refunds. All purchases made for our services—including but not limited to:

    • Website Development

    • Digital Courses

    • Consultation

    • Payment Gateway Integration
      are non-refundable under any circumstances once the payment is made.

  • Service charges are applicable for consultation, guidance, and processing efforts. Once our team begins any form of support or coordination, the service is considered rendered.


2. Gateway Availability & Alternatives

  • If we are unable to provide the exact payment gateway of your choice, we will provide an alternate domestic or international payment gateway with similar features such as:

    • Payment link generation

    • Card payments

    • Settlement support

This is considered fulfillment of the service.

  • Approval of features like Instant Settlement, International Cards, or Virtual Accounts is subject to gateway provider discretion and not guaranteed by AnantPlus. Additional charges may apply for such features.


3. Consultation & Service Validity

  • Consultation Services are provided within 24 hours of payment.

    • If you fail to attend or contact us within 5 days, the service expires with no refund.

  • Payment Gateway Integration Services are valid for 30 days from the date of payment.

    • If you raise queries after your service is delivered, it will be considered a new request and may attract additional charges.


4. Blacklisted or High-Risk Categories

  • If your website, application, or business falls under blacklisted, restricted, or high-risk categories, we will assist to the best of our ability.

    • However, we do not guarantee approvals.

    • Our charges are for processing efforts and consultation, not approval guarantees.


5. Company Documentation Policy

  • We will only process your application using the company documents you originally submitted.

    • Once an application is filed, switching company documents is not allowed.

  • If you change your company details after submission, it will be treated as a new application, and new service charges will apply.


6. Timelines and Delivery

  • We strive to deliver our services as quickly as possible, but no guaranteed delivery timelines are provided due to external dependencies.

  • Clients are expected to cooperate fully and provide accurate information to avoid delays.
