3. No Refund Policy

All payments made to AnantPlus are final and non-refundable, regardless of service type.

4. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required before service initiation.

• Any additional charges (e.g., feature upgrades, premium gateway features) must be paid as informed.

• Delays in payment may result in project delays or cancellation.

5. Service Timelines

• While we aim to deliver promptly, no fixed delivery timeline is guaranteed due to dependencies on third-party providers and client cooperation.

• Clients must respond to requests for information or documents promptly to avoid service disruption.

6. Gateway Approvals & Features

• We do not guarantee approval for any payment gateway.

• Features like International Cards, Instant Settlement, and Virtual Accounts are subject to gateway partner discretion.

• Alternate gateway options will be provided if the chosen one is unavailable.

7. Documentation Policy

• Services will be processed only with the official documents initially submitted.

• Switching company documents mid-process is not allowed.

  • A new application will require new fees.

8. Expiry of Services

• Consultation Services: Valid for 5 days post-payment.

• Payment Gateway Integration: Valid for 30 days from the date of payment.

• Unused services within the mentioned period will be marked as completed with no refund.

9. Use of Website and Content

• All content, code, and visuals on our website are owned by AnantPlus.

• You may not copy, redistribute, or misuse our content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

• AnantPlus is not liable for any business loss, payment rejection, or revenue loss arising from:

  • Gateway rejection or delay

  • Technical issues outside our control

  • Client-side errors or document issues
